Plot of land located in the municipality of Estepona, in the district of Arroyo de Enmedio, comprising a surface area of ​three thousand five hundred and forty-nine square meters. And they are its boundaries: To the North, with the old route of the road from Cádiz to Málaga; to the South, with the maritime land zone; to the East, with other farms of the second phase of Costa Natura; and to the West, with the parent farm from which it is segregated. NO CHARGES.

This farm proceeds by segregation from another larger one that is number 22,274 on folio 33 of book 277 of Estepona inscription 1ª.

The following NEW WORK has been carried out on the plot described:

The space not occupied by the buildings that are finished is intended for roads, landscaped open spaces, sports and recreation areas and also common services and facilities for the different accommodation units that make up the holiday town of Costa Natura; also being a common facility the premises for storage, located in the basement of Complex 23 of 31.70 m², which borders to the North, with the subsoil of the parent farm; to the South and East, with the parent farm; and to the West, with local storage rooms and basement of the parent farm.

The built complex is valued at seventy-two million pesetas. The part of the property destined for roads, free landscaped spaces, sports and recreation areas remains with the other services and facilities as a common element of the different accommodation units that make up the holiday town of Costa Natura, and especially to those of the complexes object of the writing that motivates this entry.

The aforementioned buildings are subject to the rules of the statutes of the Community of Owners of the common goods and services of the holiday town of Costa Natura, and are those that literally appear in the 2nd inscription of the property number 21,913 to page 166 of book 259 of Estepona.

The independent apartments that make it up are described in the pages referred to in the note placed in the margin of this and with those described.

The legal entity Naturaleza Costa del Sol, S.A. is the owner of the parent farm number 22,274 by the title that expresses the aforementioned registration; and on its behalf Mr. Philippe Jean Edouard-Van Olden Barneveld, whose circumstances and representation are recorded in the 2nd inscription of property 22,512 on page 84 of book 282 of Estepona.

Segregation is declared of the aforementioned parent property, which has been described at the beginning, and similarly declares the said construction in the terms expressed requesting its registration and constitutes said building under the horizontal property regime, which will be governed by the Law of July 21, 1960 in accordance with the statutes transcribed literally in the 2nd inscription of property 21,913 on folio 166 of book 259 of Estepona.

By virtue of the above, REGISTER this farm in favor of the entity NATURALEZA COSTA DEL SOL, S.A. by title of segregation, declaration of new work and horizontal property. This is the result of the Registry and of a deed granted in Estepona on May tenth of this year, before Mr. Alberto-Fuertes Sintas, whose first copy accompanied by another complementary to the previous one granted on the same day before the same notary, whose first copy, has been filed in this Registry at 9 a.m. on the 8th of this month, entry 3,739 of volume 41 of the Journal.
