URBAN: Plot of land located in the municipality of Estepona, in the district of Arroyo de Enmedio, comprising a surface area of 1816.75 m². It adjoins to the North, with the parent farm from which it is segregated; to the South, with the maritime-terrestrial zone; to the East, with another farm, the first Phase of Costa Natura; and to the West, with the main farm itself. NO CHARGES.
This farm proceeds by segregation from a larger one that is number 22,274 on folio 33 of book 277 of Estepona inscription 1ª.
The following NEW WORK has been carried out on the plot described: a two-story building integrated into the naturist holiday town, which is called COSTA NATURA, in the municipality of Estepona, in the district known as Arroyo de Enmedio:

In the holiday town, it is indicated as complex number 17. It is made up of two floors with seven houses in total, comprising four type A-2 units with one floor, with 30.70 m² built and three type B units with a floor area of 42.25 m² built. One of these is on the 1st floor. The constructed area is 253.55 m² and with terraces 348.62 m². And it is bordered on four sides with the very estate where it is located, of which it remains an integral part.
The building described is part of the Costa Natura holiday town, provisionally qualified by the Ministry of Commerce and Tourism in the Three Star category, according to the resolution of June 26, 1979, and whose beach area has been authorized as a naturist zone by the Civil Government of Malaga, according to the resolution of January 30, 1979. The current limits of the holiday town where the farm of this number comes from are the following: To the North, with Phases I and II owned by Naturaleza Costa del Sol, S.A.; to the south, with the maritime land zone; to the east, Naturaleza Costa del Sol, S.A. and to the West, the same. The aforementioned building constitutes Complex Number 17 of the holiday town and, as such, is subject to the regulations of the statutes of the Community of Owners of the common goods and services of the holiday town of Costa Natura and they are those that literally appear in the 2nd inscription of the estate 21,913 on page 166 of the book 259 of Estepona. The independent apartments that make it up are described in the pages referred to in the note placed in the margin hereof and are the following:
NUMBER 1 (construction number 145). Type B, located on the first floor of complex 17, and is marked on the plan with number 126. Formed by a one-story building, with an area of 42.25 m² plus 21.10 m² of terrace. Share 16.664%.
NUMBER 2 (construction number 146). Apartment type B, located on the first floor of said complex and it is indicated in the complex plan with the number 127, formed by a one-story building, with an area of - 42.25 m², plus 21.10 m² of terrace. Share 16.664%.
NUMBER 3 (construction number 147). Apartment type A-2, located on the first floor of complex number 17 and indicated on the complex plan with number 128. Made up of a one-story building with an area of 31.70 m², plus 10.55 m² of terrace. Share 12.502%.
NUMBER 4 (construction number 148). Apartment type A-2, located on the first floor of complex number 17 and indicated on the complex plan with number 129. Formed by a one-story building, with an area of of 31.70 m², plus 10.55 m² of terrace. Share 12.502%.
NUMBER 5 (construction number 149). Apartment type B, located on the second floor of Complex 17 and indicated in the plan of the complex with the number 130. Formed by a one-story building, with an area of 42.25 m², plus 24.10 m²of terrace. It borders to the North, with apartment 151 and 150; to the South, apartment 146 and 145; to the West, with apartment 147; and to the East, with the main farm. Share 16.664%.
NUMBER 6 (construction number 150). Apartment type A-2, located on the first floor of complex number 17 and it is indicated on the complex plan with the number 131. It consists of a one-story building, with an area of thirty-one meters-seventy square decimeters, plus ten meters fifty-five square decimeters of terrace. Share 12.502%.
NUMBER 7 (construction number 151). Apartment type A-2 located on the first floor of Complex 17. It is marked on the complex plan with number 132. Formed by a one-story building , with an area of thirty-one square meters and seventy decimeters, plus twenty-three meters with twenty square decimeters of terrace. Share 12.502%.
The entity Naturaleza Costa del Sol, S.A., is the owner of the parent farm said number 22,274 by the title that expresses the aforementioned inscription; and in his representation Mr. Philippe Jean Edouard Van Olden Barneveld whose circumstances of the entity and said Lord and the representation of the same how they appear in the 2nd inscription of property 22,512 on folio 84 of book 282 of Estepona.
Segregation of the parent property is the one that has been described, and by it declares the said construction in the terms expressed and constitutes said building under the horizontal property regime, which will be governed by the Law of July 21, 1960 and with the transcribed statutes literally in the 2nd inscription of the property 21,913 on folio 166 of the book 259 of Estepona.
By virtue of this, I REGISTER this farm in favor of the Entity NATURALEZA COSTA DEL SOL, S.A. by title of segregation, declaration of new work and horizontal property.
This is the result of the Registry and of a deed granted in Estepona on May 30, 1983 before Mr. Teodoro Azaustre Torrecilla and another deed of the previous one granted on the same day before the same notary, whose first copies have been presented in this Registration at 9 a.m. on November 2, according to entry numbers 2,596 and 2,597, respectively, of volume 40 of the Diary. MARGINAL NOTES
CONDITION. This farm is affected for a period of TWO YEARS, counted from today, to the payment of the liquidation or liquidations that, in its case, can be turned by the Tax on Patrimonial Transmissions and Documented Legal Acts. RELEASE. From said condition, this farm is released for the amount of 210,290 Pts. paid by self-assessment, of which a copy is filed.
